Deborah May BA/LLB MBA (Highest Honours)
Deborah May is a consultant and executive coach
working to transform organisations through cultural
change and leadership. She is a Fulbright Scholar,
with an MBA from the only business school in the
world designed for women, Simmons Graduate School
of Management.
She has around 20 years of Australian and international
business and consulting experience working with
organisations of all sizes in both the private and
public sector.
Her focus is on developing exceptional leaders
who harness the commitment, energy and talent of
their people to achieve extraordinary results. She
is also passionately committed to advancing women
and has specific expertise in developing women’s
leadership and creating diverse workplace cultures.
Her consulting engagements have included developing
business models for organisations, strategic planning
workshops, cultural audits and mentoring programs.
She has designed and facilitated numerous leadership
workshops and seminars and has developed workshops
in the areas of career development, communicating
assertively, negotiations, time management, report
writing and change management.
Deborah is an experienced executive coach who
uses a transformational model of coaching that focuses
on assisting clients achieve extraordinary results
and creating personal and professional breakthroughs.
